At Integro we understand that not all patients want, or are able, to travel in person to our clinic in Harley Street, London.
Perhaps your condition makes travel impractical or unsafe. Perhaps the additional cost implications of travelling long distances to get help are prohibitive.
Our Specialist Clinicians and Specialist Nurse are able to offer you video call consultations.
Our office administration team will be able to advise you on how these consultations work.
You will need a computer or other device with a camera and microphone (built-in is completely fine) and a connection to the internet. You do not need any special software.
We will provide you with a guide on how to join the consultation and our office and clinical team will be able to help you if you have difficulty.
We use a conferencing tool that complies with strict privacy and security requirements and our team comply with a Video Consultations Protocol that puts your safety and privacy at the forefront.
